Pilates Evolution and Movement

Pilates method is for everyone! It develops body awareness with precise placement through sound biomechanical principles of movement.

A holistic approach which both prepares and restores the body with long lasting results.

Classes Starting September

Monday – 9.00 – 10.00 am – Level  2-3 ( ready and able to be challenged)
Monday – 10.15 – 11.15 am – Level 1 (this has been an older person group and those recovering from injury or similar)
Monday – 11.30 – 12.30 pm – Level 1-2                                 

Tuesday – 6.30 – 7.30pm –  Level 2-3 (ready and able to be challenged)

 Wednesday – 7.45 pm – 8.45 pm – Level  2-3  (ready and able to be challenged)
