HIIT

Our HIIT class combines High Intensity Interval Training with Core Conditioning. High intensity interval training gets your (and keeps your) heart rate up and burns fat in less time through intense bursts of exercise, followed by short (sometimes active) recovery period. Core conditioning then helps you to achieve a strong core, which contributes to better balance, flexibility and cardio performance. As long as you work at your own pace, listen to your body and build gradually, our HIIT can be an amazing boost to your body and can be suitable for all levels of fitness.

Kettlebells

Kettlebells offer a different kind of fitness training using dynamic movements which target almost every aspect of fitness, endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. Kettlebell training requires you to hold the weight in one or both hands and go through a variety of swings, presses or pulling motions. Some movements have you changing the Kettlebell between hands – as the weight swings or as you move laterally, you are required to stabilize your body. Other moves require power from your legs and hips to move the weight, providing whole body movements. The beauty of the Kettlebell is it works many different muscle groups within a single workout. You take the workout at your own pace and (weight level) so it is perfect for any age and ability.

Flowetic®

Flowetic® is a beautiful class combining dance, toning and strengthening exercises alongside stretching and relaxation. It will provide fitness and well-being for the body and mind, suitable for all levels of fitness and dance experience.

Zumba®

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Suitable for everybody and every body!

Strictly Fit is a Partner-Free Dance Fitness Class using popular dances from the world of Ballroom and Latin American! Classes are for any age, fitness level or ability, so come and join in the fun and dance the Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Quickstep, Charleston and more!
