Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a non-impact conditioning class which is perfect for all ages, levels and abilities. Based on the original Pilates method, exercises target the deep postural and core muscles of the body, building strength from the inside out, re-balancing and lengthening your muscles with gentle flexibility exercises. Great for the body and mind.

Equipment: Fitness Mats Provided
Clothing: Comfortable fitness clothing
Footwear: Bare feet

Please bring a sealed water bottle and sweat towel if required.

Age 12+ to Adults

Fitness Yoga

This yoga class encompasses all areas of yoga.  It is not a class to create the perfect posture but a class to work within your body’s own limits and capabilities.  Students will gain the benefits of each posture but the class goal is to flow and create calm and relaxation.  Hopefully you will leave feeling re-energised, stretched and in time stronger.

PiYo

PiYo isn’t like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.
